Shift: Monday - Friday 12pm-8:30pm
Key Responsibilities:
Safely operate forklifts and material handling equipment to transport materials and products.
Load, unload, and accurately place items in the warehouse or staging areas.
Maintain inventory accuracy through the use of a warehouse management system (WMS).
Collaborate with the warehouse team to meet shipping and receiving goals.
Perform routine forklift inspections and report any issues.
Enforce to safety protocols, including the handling of hazardous materials.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.
Assist with shipment coordination, ensuring compliance with industry packaging and labeling standards.
Participate in cycle counts and inventory audits as needed.

High school diploma or equivalent
Previous forklift certification or ability to acquire one within a set timeframe.
1+ years of forklift operation experience, ideally in a regulated industry.
Knowledge of safety standards for material handling and hazardous materials.
Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) and inventory processes.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to lift and move heavy objects regularly.
Effective communication and partnership skills.
Working Conditions:
Warehouse environment with potential exposure to varying temperatures, noise, and extended periods of standing.
Occasional overtime and weekend work may be required based on business needs.

The full-time equivalent pay range for this position is $20.23 - $31.61/hr plus eligibility for bonus, stock and benefits. Our pay ranges are determined by role, level, and location.
