THE SCHEDULE:
This management role works full-time .
YOUR ROLE:
As an Inventory and Delivery Manager, you begin each day by ensuring that client commitments for spare and wear parts orders are met with precision. Your management role involves detailed planning to guarantee that each order is delivered to the correct location and on schedule. You review delivery dates and take proactive measures to uphold commitments. By accurately managing stock levels for both manufacturing and procured items, you provide clients with regular updates on order status and any deviations. You prioritize client deliveries, collaborating closely with Procurement, Stores, and ML teams to make well-informed decisions that impact customer satisfaction. Punctuality and reliability are essential, as you consistently arrive at work on time and are prepared to handle additional management responsibilities as assigned.

OUR REQUIREMENTS:
- High school diploma, although more education is a plus
- 3+ years of experience in customer service, manufacturing, or supply chain
- Proficient in English
- Microsoft Office experience (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong leadership skills, both inside and outside the company
- Effective collaboration skills used to achieve common goals
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Ability to make effective and creative decisions within company guidelines
- Knowledge of additional languages (preferred)
- Experience using SAP or similar ERP system (strongly preferred)
