Automotive Pick-up & Delivery Specialist - Genesis of Cary

With a fresh approach to shopping for a luxury vehicle, the Product Pick-up and Delivery Specialist leaves the guest with only the fun parts of the experience. A complimentary personal shopping service that will gather guest information to arrange at-home test drives.
Essential Responsibilities:
Sales

• The Genesis Product Pick-up & Delivery Specialist will be expected to deliver new and pre-owned vehicles for Johnson Genesis of Cary
• Present a superior product to the guest; a product that will exceed the guest expectations
• Present all paperwork related to the Genesis vehicle sale
• Explain all aspects of the Genesis product through the Genesis app and complete a full walk around of the vehicle with guest
• Always be on the look-out for ways to take the guest experience to the next level (Favorite Flower, Drink, Restaurant, Pest's name/ toy, Band... Put in customer's profile)

Service

• The Genesis Product Pick-up & Delivery Specialist will be expected to pick-up and deliver guest personal service vehicle at their preferred location
• Pick-up & Deliver Loaner Vehicles when needed
• Make sure the Guest's and Loaner Cars exceed the guest expectations upon delivery and Pick-up
• Follow the Johnson Genesis of Cary Pick-up & Delivery and Loaner Procedure
• Perform walk around and sign Loaner Car Agreement
• Perform walk around and sign with guest the Guest Car & Loaner Damage Disclosure
• Use loaner apps
• Always be on the look-out for ways to take the customer experience to the next level (Favorite Flower, Drink, Restaurant, Pet's name/ toy, Band... Put in customer's profile)

Requirements:
The ability to lead and be led;
Professional appearance and strong written and verbal communication skills;
Ability to work well both individually and in a team environment;
Highly motivated, determined and eager to learn and grow
Sales License (application will be provided)
Notary License (training will be provided)
Hours 5 days per week or 40 hours per week SAT-FRI.
Exact hours will be determined by Manager
Technology savvy
Ability to lift 40+ lbs. and stay on feet for long periods of time
Must pass a pre-employment drug test and background check
