Job DescriptionGeneral Purpose:To aid in the shipping and receiving of product and other duties as seen by the managerDuties and Responsibilities:Load and unload trucksInsure truck / trailer condition meets cleanliness standardsAct as last line of inspection for finished product going to customersInsure accuracy of shipments as to quantity, lot identification and code dateMaintain a clean and safe work environmentOrganize the coolerAssist the lab in pulling samples and tagging product that has been placed on QC holdAssist the USDA grader in pulling samplesRotate product into warehouse to temper for butter room to use in oil systemProperly rotate product as in first in first outAssist in month-end inventoryAdhere to all DFA Quality policies and procedures, reporting any nonconformityAdhere to all DFA Safety policies and procedures, reporting any nonconformityAdhere to all DFA GMP policies and procedures, reporting any nonconformityOther duties as assignedRequirementsRequired Minimum Qualifications:Education and ExperienceNecessary Knowledge, Skills and AbilitiesBasic computer skillsSelf disciplinedGood forklift driving skillsAn Equal Opportunity Employer
