Delivery Lead

As a Delivery Lead, you will be responsible for developing and implementing standardized delivery processes across various work streams. You will serve as a leader of the Models Servicing marketing team (Pod) and will be accountable for managing the full delivery cycle for marketing and operational initiatives of varying complexity. Your proficiency in project management and prior delivery of marketing initiatives, along with your ability to navigate diverse stakeholders empathetically, will drive your success in this role. You index high on operational excellence and possess a continuous improvement mindset, as well as solid analytical, critical-thinking, and forward-thinking skills. You are an experienced Agile practitioner with a bias for action and a constant drive for results that thrives in deadline-driven environments.

Los Angeles Base Salary Range: $103,977-$166,363

In addition to a highly competitive base salary, per plan guidelines, restrictions, and vesting requirements, you will also be eligible for an individual annual performance bonus, plus Capital's annual profitability bonus, and a retirement plan where Capital contributes 15% of your eligible earnings.
