Role - Infra Service Delivery Manager

Job Description:
- Experience managing stakeholders such as customers and leadership while taking care of governance calls (WSR, MSR, PMR, etc.).
- Management of onshore/offshore teams to meet business/operations goals around defined responsibilities.
- Experience in managing operations calls and taking corrective actions to improve SLAs/KPIs (if required).
- Identify areas where operational efficiencies can be gained by documenting routine procedures.
- Collaborate with Service Delivery and Application Support teams as required.
- Technical knowledge in any of the following technologies: Windows, VMware, Citrix, SQL, Oracle Database, Backup and Storage Administration, Unix, Exchange, Skype, Network.
- 24/7 availability to address P1/P2 incidents and ensure successful closure.
- Accountability for Infrastructure service delivery.
- Understanding of offshore operations and delivering services through them.
- Experience in managing risks.
- Expertise in delivery of large end-to-end programs with strong knowledge of Project/Program delivery management skills.
- Experience in preparing, reviewing, and presenting contractual documents (SOW/MSA) to the client for sign-off.
- Good communication, presentation, interpersonal, and client interfacing skills at the Senior Management level.
- Strong experience in project finance and resource management.
- Experience in Cognizant offerings to the client in line with client business strategy.
- Good knowledge of ITIL processes; certification is a plus.
- Experience in business change/transformation and automation.
- Experience in various cost models (T&M, FP, outcome-based, blended rate model, etc.).
Salary and Other Compensation:

The annual salary for this position is between $120,000 and $130,000 USD, depending on the experience and qualifications of the successful candidate.
This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.
