Job Description:

Background:

1. Should have around 12-15 years of experience in the IT industry, of which 5+ years should be as a Delivery Manager in Product Engineering Services.
2. Experience in managing large projects (50+ member teams).
3. Prior experience in hands-on Tech/Dev roles.

Responsibilities:

1. Primarily responsible for onsite project and activity oversight and a point of local contact (across multiple customers and projects).
2. Familiarity with technologies involved – (Cloud Engineering, DevOps, Development & Testing) essential.
3. Responsible for coordinating onsite resourcing and fulfillment with the recruitment team.
4. Responsible for onsite project profitability (GOM).
5. Close coordination with offshore delivery teams for project and delivery coordination.
6. Focus on margin improvement, strategy formulation, planning, and sales support as needed.
7. Should work with the Sales team on proposals, SOWs, and contract closures.
8. Institute governance processes, knowledge management, and relevant quality improvement initiatives.
9. Capture the knowledge resident in existing projects into referenceable artifacts as required.
