Position Overview
EXL is hiring a Senior Manager Analytics Delivery, Healthcare Payment Integrity to support our revenue optimization business. In this role, you’ll be the driving force behind business metrics that boost our top-line and profitability. You’ll craft compelling descriptive reports and build powerful prescriptive analytics frameworks.
Responsibilities
- Train & mentor junior staff, hold regular cadences with teams, develop attrition management strategy.
- Overall supervision of various technology/business initiatives and deliverables tracking.
- Discussions with key stakeholders and product owners to understand requirements and ensure everyone is fully briefed on key deliverables.
- Assembling a core team to translate business requirements into solutions using technology, data, and infrastructure.
- Review of technology roadmap with team members, stakeholders, and collaborators.
- Monitoring and publishing key insights and next steps to stakeholders.
- Facilitate discussions proactively and build senior and strategic relationships through delivery excellence.
- Hold master drafts of artifacts, proposals, and presentations after performing final reviews.
- Assist with the development of templates related to best practices.
- Close cooperation with global teams regarding knowledge-sharing.
- Work independently through prior subject matter expertise in techno-functional consulting and program management.
- Responsible for extracting, building, and maintaining useful KPIs and benchmarks.
- Perform quantitative and qualitative business and data analysis.
- Use digital tools to bring out enhancement on a continuous basis.
Qualifications
Required:
- 10+ years of experience in analytics delivery and/or solutioning.
- 8+ years of experience in Solution Creation and Defining Roadmaps.
- 5+ years as a people leader.
- Demonstrated experience in handling ROI frameworks.
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.
Preferred:
- Knowledge of SAS, Python, SQL, MS Suite required.
- Experience with Healthcare Payment Integrity highly desirable.
- Understanding of US Healthcare value chain of Payers and Providers.
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Experience on project management tools.
