Job Requirements / Description

Keylime Consultants are working in close partnership with an established Workday end-user in central London, a prestigious global brand, and we’re looking for a new Workday Integration and Service Delivery Architect to join their IT team.

This is a permanent role, requiring 3 days on-site in central London and offering up to around £100,000 (negotiable for the right candidate) + 12% bonus + benefits.

Reporting into the Senior Manager HRIT, you will be responsible for designing and implementing efficient support models around Workday and other HR Technologies, including their integrations with the wider IT infrastructure. You will be the main point of contact for technical matters in Workday, including the design of new integrations, overseeing and coordinating off-shore Workday Integrations Consultants and other technical resources. You will partner with regional HR representatives, gathering their requirements and translating them into technical HRIT solutions, utilising various functionalities to improve HR processes and the efficiency of various technologies.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Architect or Support Manager to join a well-organised and supportive organisation. Whilst Workday experience is highly desirable, we also welcome applications from experts coming from other HR Technologies (e.g. SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM, SAP HCM etc.)!

Workday Integration and Service Delivery Architect - Required Profile:

  1. Extensive experience in designing and delivering HR Technology integrations; knowledge of Workday Studio and similar tools is a plus, although this resource won’t be expected to build integrations from scratch.
  2. Experience of managing service delivery and support models in the HR Technology space. Knowledge of support tools such as ServiceNow, Jira and similar will be a plus.
  3. Experience of coordinating internal or external resources is a strong plus.
  4. Outstanding communication and stakeholder management skills, with experience of working across all levels within the organisation.
  5. Ideally, previous exposure to global and complex business structures.
  6. Availability to travel into central London at least 3 times a week (non-negotiable).

If this sounds like an interesting role, then we’d love to hear from you! Please apply with an up to date CV and we’ll be in touch to discuss in more detail.
