The Role:
This position is designed for drivers who want to stay busy while keeping a steady connection to home. You'll be covering around 2,100 miles a week, mostly in the Midwest. Our focus is on making sure you're home for at least 34 hours each week, with three out of four weeks including a weekend break. When you're not home, you'll be hauling freight through mostly drop-and-hook operations. You'll also get to enjoy driving our reliable 10-speed manual trucks, so you can feel the road in a way that only a seasoned driver understands.
Compensation:
Let's talk numbers-you can expect to average around $1,300 per week. Even on a slower week, we've got you covered with a minimum pay protection of $1,100, so your wallet never feels the pinch.

Orientation and Equipment:
We believe in making your transition smooth, which is why we offer a paid, three-day orientation where we cover your travel, lodging, and even provide breakfast and lunch. You'll get to know our fleet, which includes 2016 or newer International Pro Stars, Freightliner Cascadias, and Kenworth trucks, all equipped with a 1500-watt inverter and Opti-idle program. You can even take your truck home-just find a safe parking spot and it's yours.

Qualifications:
If you're at least 21 years old with a valid CDL A license, and have six months of recent tractor-trailer experience (or one year within the last three years), you're exactly who we're looking for.
