Forklift Operators and Skilled Construction Laborers

We are currently hiring for Forklift Operators and Skilled Construction Laborers for ongoing and upcoming commercial construction projects in the Richmond/Henrico area. Pay is $17 - $20 per hour based on experience and skillset.
Construction Laborer Responsibilities:

• Perform physical labor including lifting, carrying, and digging as required.
• Assist in various construction tasks, including framing, roofing, drywall installation, and demolition.
• Operate hand and power tools safely and effectively.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a clean work area.
• Collaborate with team members to meet project deadlines and quality standards.
• Assist in the setup and cleanup of work areas and equipment.

• Safely operate forklifts and other material handling equipment to load, unload, and move materials and products within the construction site.
• Perform daily inspections of forklifts and equipment to ensure they are in safe working condition.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct regular inventory checks.
• Collaborate with construction teams to ensure timely supply of materials to various areas of the site.
• Follow all safety protocols and procedures to minimize risk and ensure a safe working environment.
• Assist in organizing and maintaining storage areas on the job site.

• Authorized to work in the US
• Valid Driver's License card and your own transportation
• Able to lift 50 pounds
• OSHA10/forklift certification a plus

• Day Shift
• 8 hour shift
• 10 hour shift

• $17 - $20 per hour based on skill set and experience
