What You'll Do:
As a Delivery Associate, you'll drive a vehicle, delivering 200-400 packages per day. You will be a delivery hero in the neighborhoods you serve - delivering hundreds of smiles to customers every day in the form of critical supplies, household goods, toys and so much more.

What We're Looking For:

• Candidates must be 21+ in order to work with us, our system will not allow anyone under 21 to onboard.
• Candidate must have a basic understanding of apps/ app-savvy, email savvy - candidate must have a personal phone and must be easily reachable.
• Must have a valid driver's license.
• Someone who is able to go to all kinds of neighborhoods, no matter how big or small to deliver packages successfully.
• Someone who has no problem carrying up to 50 lbs.of packages within a shift across all weather conditions (rain, sleet, snow).
• A team player - someone that is able to stop what they are doing to help a team member that really needs their help or help a person with a couple bags after completing their route.
• Someone that is aware of personal organization and time management, and understands how this influences day-to-day success.
• Someone that has reliable transportation to and from the delivery station in the Middlesex, NJ area.
• Someone with work life balance, that is reliable to come to work and have their personal needs taken care of such as childcare and can complete their routes in their dedicated neighborhoods without leaving them to do personal errands.
• Must be able to pass a drug test.

Shifts:
Position is part-time to full time, starting 2 days a week and can increase up to 4-5 days a week based on demand and your performance.
