What Agile contributes to Cardinal HealthInformation Technology oversees the effective development, delivery, and operation of computing and information services. This function anticipates, plans, and delivers Information Technology solutions and strategies that enable operations and drive business value.Agile is responsible for leading, planning and implementing new ways of working for our business development teams centered on agile and DevSecOps practices. This includes creating, training and coaching of standard work practices and learning, implementing and reinforcing these practices toward the goal of greater business agility.ResponsibilitiesRun key events like PI Planning, scrum of scrum, and retrospectives.Help identify and manage risks and dependencies.Help teams communicate with stakeholders and customers and improve transparency.Coach teams and leaders on Agile practices and mindsets.Help teams prioritize features and ensure the Product Backlog is healthy.Use tools like the ART Kanban to optimize value flow and reduce lead time.Analyze patterns and risks to identify areas for improvement.Work with product and technology teams to ensure the product vision is translated into a workable roadmap.Maintain visual progress metrics and publish communications that outline the program's goals.Qualifications8-12 years of experience as a member of a software development team, preferredBachelor's degree in related field, or equivalent work experience, preferred4+ years of experience working as an agile coach/scrum master preferredBA, BS or equivalent experience in related field preferred.
