**Job Description:**
- Provide nursing care and support to women during labor and delivery.
- Monitor fetal heart rates and maintain updated records on the mother's condition.
- Assist with preparation for labor and delivery, including setting up rooms and equipment.
- Support and educate mothers during labor and post-delivery.
- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare team members to ensure quality patient care.
- Adhere to all hospital policies, procedures, and guidelines.
- Utilize effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Maintain a calm and caring demeanor in a fast-paced environment.
