About the role
- You will be responsible for inspecting, delivering, and performing post-trip inspections for all hauling of our barges and pre-manufactured piers. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a strong commitment to quality, safety, and teamwork.
- Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of all hauling equipment.
- Safely transport barges and pre-manufactured piers to designated locations.
- Ensure all loads are secure and comply with safety regulations.
- Maintain accurate delivery logs and records.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely and efficient deliveries.
- Adhere to all DOT regulations and company policies.
- Communicate effectively with dispatch and management regarding delivery statuses.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Valid CDL Class A license.
- Clean driving record.
- Experience with heavy-duty equipment and large load transportation.
- Must have experience hauling trailers with oversized loads.
- Strong commitment to safety and compliance with regulations.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Must be able to lift 100lbs.
