*Motorcoach Tour Driving Position with Windstar Lines: *
*Top 25% of Windstar Full-Time Drivers earn an average of $85,000+ per year.*
*Position Summary:*
*Windstar Lines is seeking experienced Tour Drivers!! Positions are available for *_*full- time employment in our Roxana, IL office*_*.* Full-time drivers will be expected to work 5 – 6 days per week, approximately 260 - 275 days per year. Tours will be 5-10 days in duration OTR with some tour opportunities for 20+ days. Adaptability and versatility are key. A high level of customer service and safety are essential. Prior tour driving experience is preferred. Windstar expects to operate 125+ tours in 2025. Tours make up approximately 40% of the business in Windstar’s St. Louis operation with many additional clients and customer types traveling in non-peak tour season.
*Requirements & Qualifications:*
* A Class B or A CDL with passenger endorsement. Must not have air brake restriction.
* At least 1 year of motorcoach driving experience required. 2+ years of motorcoach driving and tour experience preferred.
* Individuals must be at least 22 years old
* A professional and neat appearance
* Individuals must be able to lift 75 lbs. from time to time
* Must pass a pre-employment drug screen, background check, and reference checks. Must be willing to participate in our random drug and alcohol testing program
* High moral character, and a flexible attitude
* Willingness to travel and be gone overnight
* Clean driving record
