Director, Content Assets Delivery Management
The Director, Content Assets Delivery Management, sits within the IM-US Innovation Lab (iLab), a part of the Marketing Technology Product Management team. In this role, you will join a highly innovative and intrapreneurial group focused on accelerating innovation, creating customer-centric solutions that deliver impact. With an expertise in storytelling and content creation/management, you will execute on innovation strategy and be responsible for managing the development, distribution, and strategy of iLab content creation, and exhibiting masterful storytelling to inform and delight audiences.
The ideal candidate will bring a strong content strategy and management expertise, a strategic lens with a demonstrated understanding of the digital health ecosystem. You will excel at engaging, collaborating with, and influencing critical internal stakeholders and partners across all areas of the organization to bring new innovations to life.
This person will ideally have experience in copywriting, editorial, and business vernacular, as well as marketing and digital marketing communications, with a passion for innovation. The candidate will have strong knowledge and experience with digital marketing software, tools, and methods, and thrive in ambiguity. The candidate will also have an in-depth understanding of change management, business transformation, process improvement, design thinking, and human-centered design.
Responsibilities:
- Create content management strategy and serve as content creator for Innovation Lab
- Create content management strategy for iLab programs
- With masterful storytelling, write and communicate compelling content to promote the iLab, its purpose, its programs, and its performance for senior and executive leadership as well as cross-functional teams
- Use storytelling and content creation to enable change management and business transformation, promoting new and emerging tech acceptance
- Create comprehensive PowerPoint presentations for iLab roadshows, iLab Programs, iLab leadership (business cases, business briefs, executive summaries, etc.)
- Create content management guidelines for iLab experimentation of novel solutions that provide guidance to brands, agencies, and cross-functional teams
- Work collaboratively with Content Lab, brand teams, risk management, and other functions to develop content strategy and content messaging that meets content objectives of programs, with a focus on delighting audiences for demonstrated impact
- Create, edit, and maintain iLab Playbooks, Execution Guides, and other operations content for internal teams dissemination
- Present content management strategy and other content-related guidance to our collaboration partners and leadership
- Create and manage, and own the iLab and iLab Programs editorial calendar, developing content topic strategy, compiling data reports, or writing long-form editorial pieces, and other channels as required by program
- Audit the existing content on the company’s website for brand voice, relevance, and optimization & align with Brand teams, Content Lab, and MarTech Product Mgmt teams for iLab Program consistency and approach
- Research competitors to find content gaps, and establish baseline for new novel solutions, ensuring content strategy aligns with pursuit of competitive advantage
- Create a long-term and short-term content publishing calendar and social media calendar
- Monitor the performance of the content working with DIA and Content Lab to ensure desired outcomes, and offer alternative solutions for underperforming content
- Create, publish, and manage iLab Teams Channel, intranet site, etc., creating community around our prioritized verticals, programs, and events/activities
Qualifications:
Education : Bachelor's Degree or equivalent University degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or other comparable discipline.
Experience:
- Minimum of 5-7 years of Content Management or Content Strategy in a health tech, medical, pharma, or startup
- Minimum 5 years of large, global corporations with multiple tech teams with complex systems
- Minimum 5 years leadership, leading without authority, and exhibit leadership presence with the ability to present and interact with senior management
- Strong understanding of content management, compelling storytelling, behavioral science, agile, design thinking, lean, and human centered design
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Demonstrated passion for innovation
- Ability to work in ambiguity and enjoy the challenge of quick starts, abrupt reprioritization
- Demonstrated ability to lead without authority, influence all levels of organization toward a defined common objective
- Experience as part of an effective innovation lab, mar-tech, start up, or technology organization or implementation partner, driving performance and enabling effective customer engagement and marketing activities
- Acts as a change agent, with relevant experience in transforming the businesses through collaboration and partnership
- Understanding of regulatory, compliance privacy and legal guardrails and policies
- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks, priorities and deadlines
- Strong relationship-building, influencing and negotiating skills
- Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced, multidisciplinary environment, with a comfort in the ambiguous, adapting quickly to changing priorities.
- Ability to analyze and provide insights on team functioning and project progress and success
- Excellent team leadership and facilitation skills that will drive objective setting for the team and the collective achievement of the objectives
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills for bridging between scientific and business participants, for driving a program to effective implementation and for managing effective international collaborations; strong verbal communication skills, expert written communication and presentation skills
- Strong relationship-building and collaboration, influencing and negotiating skills
- Successful track record in driving disruptive thinking, leading ideation, and meeting business objectives
- Excellent PowerPoint, Word skills, proficient with Excel and other Microsoft and business applications
- Strong understanding of current content management tools and applications
- Foundational understanding of HTML, CSS, and other website creation tools and platforms
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, social engagement tools, e.g., web, social listening, analytics
Location: East Hanover, NJ (Onsite)
Pay Rate:$78.79-100.37/hour based on qualifications and experience(W-2/only)
Contract: 12 months
