Key Responsibilities:

As a Labor and Delivery (L&D) Nurse, you will provide specialized care to expectant mothers throughout the childbirth process. Your role includes monitoring fetal development, assisting with labor and delivery, managing complications, and providing postpartum support. You will be working closely with doctors, midwives, and other medical staff to ensure a safe and positive birthing experience for both the mother and newborn. Strong communication and decision-making skills are critical in this high-paced environment.

Qualifications:

1. Active RN license in Vermont or compact state license.
2. Minimum of 2 years of recent Labor and Delivery experience.
3. BLS and NRP certifications (Advanced certifications preferred).
4. Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
5. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
