Responsibilities:

  1. Identify business opportunities, anchor large proposals and manage delivery for large portfolios.
  2. Responsible for a group of project managers, their teams, and the deliverables for your set of accounts.
  3. Define the vision, keep projects on track.
  4. Develop a deep understanding of projects to gain insights into the project/program status, risks, and governance checks.
  5. Take accountability for project performance, meeting customer expectations, and driving future demand.

Qualifications we seek in you:

Minimum Qualifications / Skills:

  1. Experience managing large projects – development, maintenance & support or transformation/modernization programs.
  2. Strong customer service orientation abilities to connect with global customers and global teams.
  3. Managing large diverse teams in a global delivery model.
  4. Strong exposure to revenue and margin management.
  5. Accountable for customer satisfaction and driving teams to deliver projects on time within the budgets.
  6. Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively.
  7. Excellent technical knowledge of software development methodologies, version control systems, and deployment technologies.
  8. Familiarity with Agile practices and scrum methodologies.
  9. Experience with change and configuration management processes.
  10. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
  11. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders across different countries and cultures.
  12. Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  13. Continuous learning mindset and willingness to adapt to new technologies and industry trends.
  14. Excellent presentation and communication skills.

The approximate annual base compensation range for this position is ($160,000 to $200,000). The actual offer, reflecting the total compensation package plus benefits, will be determined by a number of factors which include but are not limited to the applicant’s experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities; geographic location; and internal equity.
