Raya Smart Buildings, one of Raya’s subsidiaries, is expanding its talent pool with the following job post “Retail Design & Delivery Engineer” .

What will you do?

• Design and create innovative architectural solutions for construction or renovation projects based on the company's requirements, ensuring functionality, aesthetics, and adherence to building codes, fire and safety regulations, and zoning laws.
• Ensure proper positioning of building elements such as plumbing, electrical systems, heating, ventilation, and structural components.
• Produce detailed drawings, blueprints, and specifications using AutoCAD.
• Collaborate with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to understand and incorporate project requirements and objectives into the design process.
• Handle administrative tasks related to procurement, accounting, and coordination with other departments.

Skills

What will you need?

Educational background:

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture.
• Interior design certificate is a plus.

Professional Experience:

• From 1 to 3 years in design and at least one year in shopping centers or retail industry (Revit and BIM project management).
• Architectural design and site work.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, 3Dmax (Corona/Vray).
• Project management and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, capable of collaborating with a diverse range of stakeholders.
• In-depth knowledge of building codes, zoning regulations, and construction best practices.
