Roll Grab DriverDescription:Description:Forklift/Roll Clamp Operator is responsible to insure shipment/receiving deadlines are met on a daily basis. Loading and unloading the warehouse, trailers and railcars safely and within the guidelines. Recognize and correct or report any safety, quality or production issues utilizing tools provided. Achieve the highest level of quality, productivity and superior housekeeping. Ability to communicate with multiple departments.Position Title:Roll Grab DriverPay Rate:$26.16/hourCategory/Shift:Hourly Full-Time: 2nd shift (3pm – 11pm)Physical Location:1699 W 9th St.White Bear Lake, MN 55110The Job You Will Perform:Experience operating a forklift and/or a box/roll clampSafely and efficiently operate a forklift to move, relocate, stack and count product in a fast-paced production environmentRequired to perform daily lift checksDemonstrates basic knowledge of operating systemsMust keep accurate counts when loading and unloadingPull and prepare product for shipment while ensuring accuracyAssist in taking inventory when requiredExcellent housekeeping inside the warehouse and outside the docksMaintain a good working relationship with the peopleEnsure inbound and outbound shipments are accurate and free of damageThe Skills You Will Bring:Experience in an industrial or manufacturing environment, corrugated or converting industry is preferred, but not required.Willing to work overtime as neededStrong work ethic, good judgement and decision-making skillsPerform well with limited direct supervisionKnowledge of general computer operationsApplicants must have a stable work history, good attendance record, positive attitude and a desire to produce quality work as part of a team.
