JOB PROFILE: ASSOCIATE II, DISTRIBUTION
Business Title: Forklift Operator
Shift: 1st, M-F 8:30am-5:00pm
Sub-Function Description: Defines and executes production plans in a safe and quality manner to deliver products on time, including assembly, equipment operations, manufacturing processes, handling, and packaging.
Organizational Impact: Works to achieve day-to-day objectives with limited impact on area. Delivers level responsibilities following a defined standard output or set of procedures. Work consists of tasks that are very routine, or well-defined, with specific instructions to achieve standardized solutions. Work is closely supervised.
Position Type: Full-time, Non-Exempt
Knowledge & Experience: General working knowledge of warehousing or relevant experience. Work is prescribed and completed with close supervision and little autonomy.

Essential Functions | Accountabilities | Performance Measures
- Reviews orders for products needed, gathers products to fill customer orders, checks shipment/orders for correct
- Routes products for proper method of shipment, domestic or foreign, to insure accurate, timely distribution.
- Perform major activities on scanners: i.e. inventory move, order pick, ship orders, print packing lists, Freight and UPS,
- Maintain accurate daily work time log for reporting of activities performed and time spent
- Maintains clean and clear work areas and complies with safety rules and regulations and housekeeping procedures to insure a safe working environment.
- Ability to drive fork trucks including the Bendis.
- Ensures that all operations are carried out at the minimum cost consistent with quality standards.
- Maintains neatness and orderliness in the department. Complies observance of safety regulations and initiates action to
- Complies with OSHA and safety rules and regulations, housekeeping procedures to maintain neatness and orderliness in the operation.
- Recommend/initiates action to address immediate issues and establishes new regulations whenever the need arises
- Maintains and complies with policies, procedures and practices relating to operations of the plant.
- Perform any related duties
