Crane Operator

Job Duties:

• Crane operation : Use a control station to extend and retract booms, rotate the superstructure, and raise and lower hooks

• Safety : Ensure the crane is fit for work, inspect for defects, and comply with safety laws

• Maintenance : Perform minor repairs and maintenance on the crane

• Material movement : Load and unload trucks, move materials around a worksite, and keep records of what was moved

• Stability : Monitor the crane's stability and load weights

• Communication : Work with a banksman to ensure site safety, and report issues to a supervisor

• Record keeping : Maintain logs and records of operation activities

Qualifications:

• 2+ years on-the-job experience running large construction cranes

• Valid Drivers License

Hours:

Monday-Friday

7a-4p

*OT available, 50 hours on average
