Duties and Standards to Measure Workmanship and Quality: Position is Non-Exempt as defined in the Employee Handbook.
* Maintains and conforms to Company policies
* Capable of working with and communicating effectively with management and team members.
* Ability to lift and carry 60 lbs and maintain a standing position during a typical shift
* Ability to complete all required paperwork and perform data entry into MES as necessary.
* Knowledge and practice of good housekeeping and tool maintenance.
* Ability to maintain concentration on tasks and utilize work time efficiently while working unsupervised
* Ability to read understand and follow directions per job instructions and to use the proper tooling and components necessary for jobs.
* Responsible for maintaining sufficient quantity of all supplies by requisitioning them as necessary
* Capable of adapting to process changes and learning new skills.
* Ability to properly identify all insulated pieces, rejecting sub-standard parts, x-parts and tooling with capability of properly using and maintaining all tools
* Ability to accurately keep track of inventory, do cycle counts and keep piece count records
* Basic knowledge of shipping area and duties required
* Ability to accurately receive supplies and equipment from outside suppliers
* Responsible for reporting missing or needed MSDS sheets on chemicals received to Controller or HR representative if Controller unavailable
* Must have clear driving record and ability to make pick-ups and deliveries in a timely manner
* Able and certified to drive a forklift
* Responsible to monitor that delivery personnel enter the building only through approved door (between dipping and maintenance area) and leave the building through the same exit in a reasonable time period.
3rd shift Sunday-Thursday; 10:30p-6:30a
