Travel Nurse RN - Labor/Delivery in Salem, MA

BLS, NRP, EFM (every 2 years)
**Must-Have:**
- Labor & Delivery experience
- Postpartum experience
- Circulate experience
- Newborn Care experience
**Job Description:**
- Work in a 25-bed Labor & Delivery unit, including Labor & Delivery, Postpartum, Newborn care, Operating Rooms, and Recovery Rooms.
- Clinician to Patient Ratio:
- Labor & Delivery: 1:2-3 for evaluations, 1:1 during active labor, magnesium drip, or epidural cases
- Postpartum: 1:3-4
- Serve all patient populations
- Familiarity with the EPIC EMR system
- Rotating shifts required, including one night of on-call duty (shifts can include 7 am-7 pm, 11 am-11 pm & 7 pm-7 am)
- ACLS is preferred
This role does not require floating to other units and offers a dynamic work environment within a specialized team dedicated to providing quality care in labor and delivery.
