Local CDLA Delivery Driver

Ready to build a career with a leading company in the foodservice industry? We are looking for a Local Delivery Driver to join our team in Lexington, KY.

Main Responsibilities:

• Safely drive trucks to customers and meet scheduled delivery times
• Unload products from the trailer using equipment or by hand and place in designated storage areas
• Verify delivery accuracy with customers and obtain proper signatures
• Handle collections and payments from customers when necessary
• Provide excellent customer service
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip equipment inspections

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull 20 to 80+ lbs. of products throughout each shift
• Comfortable driving and working in various weather conditions with frequent stops (10+ per shift)

Requirements:

• At least 21 years of age with a valid CDL Class A and necessary endorsements
• Minimum of six months commercial driving experience (any industry) OR three months in the food and/or beverage delivery industry
• Ability to read and communicate in English
