Delivery Van Driver - Come join our family of employees. We are looking for an outgoing, customer service focused delivery driver to drive our new refrigerated delivery van to our customer locations and deliver product. Please read the description below and if you are interested please apply today.

Van -Delivery Driver - 7am to 5pm- Tuesday - Saturday

• Tuesday - Friday 7am - Finish (8-10 hours expected)
• Saturday - 7am - Finish (4-8 hours expected)

We are a family owned and operated organization in the foodservice industry. We are seeking an experienced van delivery driver for our new delivery van.

• Pay is $20.00 per hour with $200 monthly safety bonus!

Current Opening:

• Van Delivery Driver - Should have experience with route delivery . The Van Delivery Driver is responsible for loading product in the van, driving to restaurants and unloading product at customer locations. MUST BE ABLE TO LIFT UP TO 80 LBS OCCASIONALLY AND UP TO 25 LBS FREQUENTLY

Van -Delivery Driver - 7am to 5pm- Monday - Friday
Van Delivery Driver - Should have experience with route delivery. Van Delivery Driver is responsible for loading product in van, driving to restaurants and unloading product at customer locations. MUST BE ABLE TO LIFT 80 LBS REPEATEDLY

• Responsible for "Delivering the right product to the right place on time safely"
• Responsible for ensuring every customer is satisfied at the conclusion of their delivery.
• Responsible for utilizing EPOD technology.
• Responsible for collecting payments from customers and following the chain of custody procedures upon route completion.
• Responsible for daily pre trip and post trip inspections on all equipment used and report issues immediately.
• Works closely with the sales and customer service teams to solve delivery issues.
• Responsible for complying with DOT laws and regulations and OSHA standards.
• Acts in a stewardship capacity for the Company, works as a functional member of the team, has ability to self-direct and self-regulate work-day;
• Other duties as assigned

Requirements
Required Skills

• Valid driver's license with a satisfactory driving record
• Proven working experience as a delivery driver with 5+ years of verifiable safe driving experience;
• Ability to interact and communicate effectively and professionally, and provide exceptional service, both internally and externally at all times.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
• Great attitude and hunger to work
• Reliable and Honest

Physical Demands

• Ability to lift repeatedly up to 80 pounds throughout shift.
• Ability to drive van in a safe and respectful manner.
• Ability to operate 2 wheel dolly.
• Ability to withstand variants in temperature. (Freezer work can be expected)
• Peripheral vision required with moving equipment and machinery

Skills

• High attention to detail and accuracy.

Salary Description
20.00 Plus monthly bonus
