Job Title: Service Delivery Executive (ITIL v4 Expert Must)
Location: Atlanta, GA 30334
Pay Rate: $80 - $100/hr. on W2
Duration: 12+ months

Job Description:
Education Mandatory:
- Bachelor's in IT, Business Administration, or related field; Master's in IT Management or Operations preferred.
Certifications Mandatory:
- Mandatory: ITIL v4 Expert.
- Preferred: PMP or PgMP preferred.
Experience Mandatory:
- 15+ years in IT service delivery, including leadership roles in managing large, complex IT projects.
- Key Skills: SLA management, service optimization, client relationship management.
- Expertise in SLA management and experience leading Continuous Service Improvement (CSI) initiatives.
- References from each experience (last two).
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Oversee service delivery for all aspects of the project, ensuring SLAs are consistently met.
- Engage in continuous service optimization and implement Proactive Continuous Improvement.
- Act as the primary point of contact for service delivery issues and escalation.
- Collaborate with GTA staff and internal teams to ensure successful service outcomes.
