Join Our Team as a Forklift Material Handler with Inventory Control Experience!Company: Distribution and Production OperationLocation: University Campus areaWork Schedule: 8: 15 am - 4: 15 pm, Monday - FridayPay Range: $16 - $18 per hourBenefits:Weekly PayInsurance OfferedClimate Controlled WarehouseJob Responsibilities:Operate Sit Down Forklift to move and handle production supplies as needed.Load and unload trucks, ensuring all materials are properly identified and placed for receiving.Check incoming materials for accuracy and quality, storing them in appropriate warehouse locations.Maintain accurate inventory records and track both materials and finished products.Prepare orders for shipment by accurately processing requests, pulling materials, and packing boxes.Maintain a clean and safe work environment by organizing warehouse areas and work stations.Requirements:High school diploma or GED required.Minimum 1-2 years of experience in inventory management or warehouse operations.Experience operating a Sit Down Forklift.Proficient in data entry using a PC; experience with AS400 system preferred.Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.Ability to lift up to 35 pounds and perform physical warehouse duties.Reliable transportation.Skills & Abilities:Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.Ability to work independently and in a team environment.Strong problem-solving skills and ability to follow instructions.Basic math skills and ability to read and interpret documents.
