Assists students with prior offenses in re-establishing their eligibility and securing a license prior to completion.3. Ensures that all student test results, and progress are documented and recorded using the automated Center Information System (CIS).4. Maintains up-to-date skills in field of specialty through available sources such as publications, formal study programs, and in-service training.5. Must be able to provide evening driving hours to students per NYS requirement.6. Ensure that students complete the mandatory 5-hour course.7. Assists students with obtaining their driving permits through the DMV.8. Develops a good relationship with community partners (i.e. DMV)9. Ensure that students complete and pass a driving checklist prior to being eligible to take their road test.10. Models, mentors, and monitors the positive normative culture of the center.11. Acts as a responsible custodian for assigned center property.12. Reports violations of unethical behavior.13. Suggests opportunities for continuous operational improvement and reduction of waste.14. Identifies and reports environmental health and safety concerns.15. Ensures drivers/staff are educated and updated on all transportation/driver-relevant information.16. Able to maintain a 75% or higher on employee scorecard.17. Performs other duties as assigned.
