- Ability to handle high acuity patients
- Degree accreditation must be listed on profile
**Job Description:**
- Work in a 19-bed Labor & Delivery unit with nurse-to-patient ratios of 1-2:1
- Manage high acuity patients effectively with excellent clinical skills
- Participate in a call schedule requiring 12 hours in a 6-week scheduling period
- Use Epic electronic medical record system
- Wear designated scrub colors: Galaxy Blue and/or White
- Engage in clinical interviews and offers
- Adhere to a radius rule of 50 miles from the permanent address specified
- Be willing to float to other sister campuses as needed, with travelers required to float first
- Function as core staff, contributing positively to unit culture
- Ensure all demographic information is provided at submission: Address, RN license number
- Meet hard document deadlines with no exceptions for pending documentation
- Embrace and adapt to the welcoming culture in the unit, functioning alongside core staff as integral team members
