Clinical Care Management (CCM) is a cross-enterprise portfolio that establishes space to transform many disparate systems with varying levels of sophistication to a single, intelligent, self-learning control system. This ecosystem is driven by interoperable data from all internal systems, rules engines, and platforms, as well as the external healthcare environment, to enable transformation across the utilization management (UM) space. The new platform will establish industry-leading frictionless experiences with improved total cost of care, especially for clinicians and external providers. The CCM technology teams collaborate with stakeholders across the Cigna enterprise, from Health Services within Cigna and EviCore (Product Development, Operations, Growth and Client Management, etc.) to ensure effective management of strategy, vision and planning.The Sr. Manager, Product Delivery Management will be responsible for engaging with senior leaders across enterprises and disciplines to plan and delivery strategic cross-functional portfolio initiatives, aimed at addressing organizational alignment to strategic enterprise objectives. CCM encompasses a number of infrastructure, automation, and technology investments to reduce provider burden and improve clinician experience. Initiatives require support beyond technology teams dedicated to EviCore Technology. This leadership role requires strong organizational, leadership, and communication skills to understand all the different areas across Cigna technology to enable product delivery, and the ability to collaborate with the various technical product teams to ensure that all required stakeholders are engaged.As a leader, the Sr. Manager balances a wide range of priorities and manages relationships across IT, business, and clinical operations. This role functions as a people leader of Project Management resources, managing employee performance of direct and indirect reports by building strengths and addressing areas of opportunities. The Sr. Manager serves as a mentor and ensures career pathing across the various resources within the team. Additionally, this role will support portfolio readouts for senior leadership, inclusive of budget reconciliation, executive presentations, and various workstream summaries for business sponsors.This role sits within the IT Product Delivery team, which serves as the voice of programmatic execution, product delivery, and dependency management. This specific role oversees portfolio initiatives, assess and mitigates critical risks and issues, drives key technology and business decisions, and reports on overall execution status. Candidates must possess a strong product and project management background.
