Travel Nurse RN - Labor/Delivery in Pella, IA

**Job Title:** Registered Nurse
**Job Specialty:** LDRP (Labor, Delivery, Recovery, Postpartum)
**Job Duration:** 13 weeks
**Shift:** Night Shift, 7:00 pm to 7:00 am
**Guaranteed Hours:** 36 hours per week
**Experience:** No minimum years of experience required
**License:** Current Registration and Licensure as an RN in good standing with the Board of Nursing
**Certifications:**
- American Heart Association (AHA) Heart Code BLS required
- ACLS, NRP, and STABLE certifications preferred (new employees should acquire per guidelines)
**Must-Have:**
- Graduate of an accredited RN program; BSN preferred
- Ability to communicate effectively in English
- High degree of empathetic listening skills, along with tact and kindness
- Ability to work effectively as a team member
- Basic computer knowledge
- Technical and critical thinking skills related to sound nursing judgment

- Provide care to age-specific populations according to the setting, ensuring age-appropriate care and communication.
