Travel Nurse RN - Labor/Delivery in Fort Myers, FL

**Experience:** 2+ years of L&D experience required
**License:** Registered Nurse license
**Certifications:**
- BLS
- ACLS
- NRP
- AWHONN Intermediate Fetal Monitoring required
- AWHONN Advanced Fetal Monitoring class and EFM certification preferred
**Must-Have:**
- Ability to handle high acuity patients
- Strong collaboration and adaptability skills
- Familiarity with Epic EMR system
**Job Description:**
- Work in a 19-bed labor and delivery unit with patient ratios of 1-2:1.
- Provide comprehensive care for patients in labor and delivery.
- Demonstrate proficiency in managing high acuity cases.
- Participate in on-call schedules as required.
- Adapt to floating assignments and work effectively across various units.
- Develop and maintain collaborative relationships with the core staff.
- Adhere to strict deadlines for documentation and credential submission.
- Comply with designated scrub color requirements: Galaxy Blue and/or other specified colors.
- Contribute positively to a welcoming and inclusive unit culture.
