JOB DESCRIPTION
We are seeking a dynamic individual to drive client partnerships and spearhead business growth initiatives along with account management of a large Phoenix, Arizona based corporation client. As a key member of our team, you will engage with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams to navigate projects and deliver exceptional results leveraging our services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Achieve and surpass revenue targets for designated product lines while aligning with strategic objectives for specific client accounts.
- Proactively identify leads, assess stakeholder landscapes, and initiate outreach to uncover client needs and opportunities.
- Strategically position our services to support client objectives and negotiate agreements to advance projects.
- Manage contract acquisition and oversee contract fulfillment for assigned client accounts.
- Cultivate relationships with executive-level contacts at partner organizations to identify, develop, and support value-creation opportunities.
- Design innovative contract structures and approaches to address client challenges effectively.
- Employ a nuanced enterprise sales approach to engage with influencers, approvers, and decision makers across client organizations.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (Business Development, Alliance Management, Operations) to ensure seamless communication and coordination on multi-stakeholder projects.
- Partner with management and operations to nurture existing accounts and identify avenues for account expansion.
- Monitor progress against strategic objectives and revenue targets, providing frequent updates to the broader account team and leadership.
- Contribute to portfolio development by offering insights and suggestions based on client feedback and market trends.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging developments, and client priorities to inform strategic decision-making.
Specific Requirements/Qualifications:
- 10-15 years of experience in Business Development and Sales, with a focus on IT Outsourcing (ITO) deals.
- Strong depth of technical knowledge across all lines of the Capgemini/Sogeti product offering.
- Demonstrated success in entrepreneurial sales environments, thriving in high-growth, rapidly evolving business landscapes.
- Proactive mindset with a proven ability to translate ideas into actionable solutions, driving problem-solving initiatives internally and externally.
- Established relationships with key stakeholders and a track record of navigating complex client organizations effectively.
- Ability to develop aggressive yet achievable strategies and tactics to drive business growth.
- Positive, energetic approach to work and life, with a passion for solving challenges.
- Strong account management skills, adept at articulating issues and engaging with stakeholders to resolve problems.
- Experience managing accounts of $15M+ (preferably single accounts) and generating $5-10M in new business.
- Proficiency in partnership identification and leveraging existing alliances for growth.
- Proven track record of ensuring client satisfaction, driving ongoing growth, and cultivating strong relationships.
- Executive-level engagement expertise, with a focus on reinforcing value, cross-selling, and strategic relationship building.
- Effective leadership skills, capable of guiding client teams and internal resources to optimize productivity, service quality, and communication.
- Ability to manage all aspects of client relationships, including contracts, pricing, profitability, and forecasting.
- Collaborative approach to working with sales teams on proposal/presentation development and strategy.
- Dedication to staying updated on industry trends and best practices to inform solution selling and innovation.
- Strong references from former clients affirming past relationship management experience.
Minimum education qualification
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, MIS or related field.

Compensation
Capgemini discloses salary range information in compliance with state and local pay transparency obligations. The disclosed range represents the lowest to highest salary we, in good faith, believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting, although we may ultimately pay more or less than the disclosed range, and the range may be modified in the future. The disclosed range takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including, but not limited to, geographic location, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, performance, sales or revenue-based metrics, and business or organizational needs. At Capgemini, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role. The base salary range for the tagged location is $100,000 - $285,000.
This role may be eligible for other compensation including variable compensation, bonus, or commission.
Full time regular employees are eligible for paid time off, medical/dental/vision insurance, 401(k), and any other benefits to eligible employees. Note: No amount of pay is considered to be wages or compensation until such amount is earned, vested, and determinable. The amount and availability of any bonus, commission, or any other form of compensation that are allocable to a particular employee remains in the Company's sole discretion unless and until paid and may be modified at the Company's sole discretion, consistent with the law.
