The company is a liquidity and technology provider of solutions for the crypto and foreign exchange (FX) industry. The company specializes in B2B services and products, catering to a wide range of clients including large licensed brokers, crypto exchanges, crypto brokers, forex brokers, hedge and crypto funds, and professional managers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • The Release Train Engineer (RTE) will facilitate Agile Release Train (ART) events, ensuring the smooth execution of PI Planning, Iteration Planning, and Scrum of Scrums.
  • They will ensure the timely execution of critical ART events such as retrospectives, system demos, and inspect and adapt workshops.
  • The RTE will collaborate across teams, acting as a servant leader and coach for the Agile Release Train.
  • They will support collaboration and alignment between product owners, teams, and other stakeholders.
  • The RTE will identify and resolve bottlenecks that may impede the progress of the Agile Release Train.
  • They will provide transparency into progress and risks for the train by maintaining effective communication with all levels of the organization.
  • They will support the implementation of continuous improvement practices within the training.
  • The RTE will be responsible for driving the relentless improvement of ART performance and operational excellence.
  • They will monitor and escalate ART risks, issues, and dependencies that may impact delivery.
  • The RTE will ensure that the teams are adhering to the Lean-Agile principles and the SAFe framework.
  • They will assist in developing capacity planning, identifying areas for process improvement, and implementing solutions.

Qualifications:

  • It is preferred that the RTE has experience in mentoring and coaching teams in Agile and Lean methodologies.
  • Experience in managing complex cross-functional projects is also preferred.
  • The ideal candidate will have excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • It is preferred that they can influence without authority and build consensus across teams and stakeholders.
  • Prior experience with SAFe or other scaling frameworks is highly desirable.
  • Familiarity with metrics and tools for tracking team performance, such as burn-down charts or velocity, is preferred.
