Delivery Driver

Immediate openings for delivery drivers in Syracuse NY.  No CDL required.    

Overview:  Founded in 1966, our family owned company delivers quality products to a variety of customers across Central New York. The desired candidate will offer exceptional service to our clients through prompt and courteous deliveries of fresh produce.  

We offer a competitive hourly rate plus OT.  Our benefits package includes paid holidays, medical, dental, and a retirement plan.

Requirements:

• Valid NYS driver's license.  


• Ability to operate a light van or box truck up to 26ft.


• Ability to lift up to 50lbs.


• Load and unload trucks.


• Verify the contents of inventory loads against shipping papers.


• Present bills and receipts and collect payments for goods delivered or loaded when necessary.


• Turn in receipts and money received from deliveries.


• Maintain records, such as vehicle logs, in accordance with regulations.


• Obey traffic laws and follow established traffic and transportation procedures.


• Read maps and follow written or verbal geographic directions.
