**Job Description:**
- Provide exceptional nursing care to laboring mothers in a supportive and compassionate environment.
- Monitor the health and progress of laboring mothers and their babies.
- Administer medications and assist with pain management techniques as required.
- Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to ensure safe and effective patient care.
- Assist with deliveries and provide post-partum care to new mothers and newborns.
- Educate patients and their families about the childbirth process and post-partum care.
- Maintain accurate and detailed patient records.
- Flexibility to work night shifts and adapt to changing patient needs.
