As a Product Delivery Associate in the Teller Express Area Product under the Branch Operations Product, you play a crucial role in enabling the release of products and features. You will have the opportunity to work across the organization, continuously delivering value and developing your skills. As part of the User Acceptance Testing team, you will collaborate closely with Product Owners and Scrum teams, testing initiatives and projects, and identifying and escalating system issues. Your role is pivotal in mitigating pre-production defects and ensuring the implementation of system enhancements. You will be a strong advocate for both the business and our customers, ensuring that results from testing are effectively communicated and tracked.
Job responsibilities
- Supports delivery processes including intake, dependency management, release management, product operationalization, delivery feasibility decision-making, and product performance reporting, while highlighting opportunities to improve efficiencies
- Contributes to change management activities across functional partners and documents adherence to the firm's risk, controls, compliance, and regulatory requirements
- Documents blockers and impediments to aid with dependency management and resource availability
- Collaborates with the Product Delivery Manager to engage stakeholders and cross-functional partners to manage dependencies and timelines
- Performing testing activities for initiatives across one or more assigned projects, utilizing processes, methods, metrics, and software that ensure the quality, reliability and systems safety and security.
- Leading testing efforts and lead, mentor, assist, and coach
- Documenting testing artifacts such as test plans, milestones, trace matrix, test scripts, defects and test execution reports
- Working with area product owners and technology leads to identify the appropriate data for testing and prepare that data for the test cases
- Assisting Application Developers and technical support staff in identifying and resolving problems
- Understanding the interfacing applications, test environments, tools and methodologies
- Assessing risk to the project based on the execution and validation while making appropriate recommendations
- 2+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in product management, project management, or a relevant domain area
- Demonstrated experience or equivalent expertise in product management, project management, or a relevant domain area
- Exposure to operational management and change readiness workstreams
- Ability to operate comfortably in a multi-task / multi priority environment with timelines
- Ability to drive improvements and change, and facilitate test methodology discussions across the business unit
- Emerging knowledge of product release and deployment processes
- 2+ years of experience with system/application software testing
- Experienced in writing use cases, functional specifications, scenarios, business processes, workflows, process flows, test cases, and test plans
- 2+ years branch experience working with Teller Express and it's peripherals
- Test case development and defect resolution
- JIRA Experience
- Experience in Agile development methodology
