Forklift Operator

Start your new career as a Forklift Operator with MAU in Newnan, GA. As a Forklift Operator , you will be responsible for moving assembled products to shipping areas, loading, and unloading products for production areas, and storing assembled components. This is a great opportunity for someone with warehouse experience, but also willing to train. You must submit proof of education to be considered for this position.
What We Offer

• $18 - $20 per hour, based on shift and position
• 1st shift, 6:30 AM - 3:00 PM
• 2nd shift, 2:15 PM - 10:45 PM
• 3rd shift, 9:30 PM - 6:00 AM

What We're Looking For

• High school diploma or GED
• Forklift experience or ability to become forklift certified
• Ability to stand for entire shift
• Ability to lift up to 40 pounds repetitively
• Strong attention to detail

What You'll Do as a Forklift Operator

• Load and unload material for YMMC Facilities
• Utilize hand trucks, forklifts, and other material handling equipment
• Unpack boxes of parts into totes and/or racks for "ready to use" at assembly
• Deliver materials used at production
• Rely on instructions and pre-established guidelines to perform job functions
• Perform other tasks as assigned
