Forklift Operator / Warehouse Labor
The forklift operators are responsible for picking items using roll clamps, large lumber lifts, and regular forklifts. This position requires operation of equipment larger than a standard 5000# lift, experience is required. This position is ideal for individuals who are dependable, able to work with minimal direction, adaptable to changes as they arise, focused on details, and thrives in a high-pressure environment. The forklift operator reports directly to the site supervisor and is a full-time, hourly, non-exempt position that operates in multiple locations based on business needs.

• Hours of operation: Monday - Friday, 7 am - 5 pm
• Starting Pay $16.00 per hour ($820/week with OT)
• Receive weekly pay with a steady work schedule NO WEEKENDS!

Primary Job Duties Include:

• Load and unload rail cars, trailers, and flatbed trucks
• Move and stack materials (Paper Rolls, Palletized Products, Cardboard)
• Separate, inspect, and pack product kits per customer instructions
• Receive and process shipments using RF Scanners
• Use proper handling instructions per product specifications
• Document product damages as they are identified
• General housekeeping duties in production areas
• Comply with and adhere to all safety policies and regulations
• Perform proper forklift inspections and adhere to all forklift operating guidelines and procedures

Requirements
Experience and Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or Equivalent (preferred)
• Must be 18 years of age or older
• 1 year Warehouse Experience (preferred)
• 1 year Forklift (5k or higher) Experience Required
• Must be able to lift 25 lbs. unassisted
• Must be able to walk, bend, lift, and sit throughout the duration of the shift
• Must be flexible with working in multiple site locations
