Miller Brother Staffing Solutions is seeking qualified candidates for a forklift operator position with a company in Erie, PA. This is a 1st shift position with a pay rate of $15/hour.

Position Summary
- The Team Member utilizes a forklift for the purpose of moving, locating, relocating, stacking, and counting product.
- The Team Member utilizes the forklift to load and unload trucks.
- Accountable for the safe operation of the forklift as well as it's inspection at the required intervals.
- Responsible for inventory reconciliation, customer order filling and assisting company drivers and/or outside carriers as necessary.
- RF Scanning
- The forklift could be either as stand-up or sit-down.
- Use of a pallet jack to move product and load to load and unload trucks
- The Team Member will also assist the team with warehouse clean-up.
- Order picking/building--requires accurate counting of product to accurately build the order
- They must ensure inbound shipments are free of damage.
- Efficiently and accurately move product from the warehouse locations to the shipping dock.
- Manual labor will be necessary in building the pallets to put orders together.
- Safe operation of all material handling equipment.
- High School diploma or equivalent required.
- Candidate must have experience loading and unloading semi and flat bed trucks
- Must be able to read and count accurately, do simple math, and write legibly.
- Manual dexterity, standing, walking, bending, reaching, twisting.
- Ability to meet deadlines while adhering to safety regulations.
- Must complete Company-approved forklift training. An operating license for the Company facility is required within 90 days of employment.
