As a Delivery Driver, you'll ensure orders are fulfilled accurately and make deliveries to our valued customers. Job Duties

• Ensure the showroom is stocked and inventory is rotated properly.
• Intake and process customer orders via phone, email, or in-person; manage will-call orders from the warehouse.
• Mix or tint paint and provide product expertise, including MSDS and hazard identification information.
• Address customer inquiries regarding products, pricing, and availability, while handling complaints and referring unresolved issues to management.
• Write and receive invoices, assist with inventory counting, and maintain warehouse organization and cleanliness.
• Operate a forklift to receive freight and move stock safely, while ensuring vehicle cleanliness and maintenance.
• Promote safety awareness, continuous improvement, and maintain proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
• Interact courteously with all branches and departments, completing training and additional duties as assigned.
