Travel Nurse RN - Labor/Delivery in Boston, MA

**Job Title:** Registered Nurse (RN)

**Job Duration:** 13 weeks
**Shift:** 12-hour Nights, Every Other Weekend, Every Other Holiday
**Guaranteed Hours:** 36 hours per week
**Experience:** Minimum of 2 recent years in Labor & Delivery RN experience and OR circulator experience. CNM experience not considered. Ability to read & interpret telemetry strips independently. Must pass a telemetry test on Day 1 with 85% or higher. Experience in high-risk obstetrics is preferred.
**License:** Registered Nurse (RN) License
**Certifications:** Basic Life Support (BLS) and Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) cards required. Completion of an Intermediate or Advanced Fetal Monitoring Course, preferably AWHONN. Dysrhythmia/Telemetry interpretation course preferred.
**Must-Have:**
- Copies of current BLS and NRP cards.
- All NRP lessons must be completed and not expiring during the assignment.
- Evidence of completed Intermediate or Advanced Fetal Monitoring course.
**Job Description:**
- Work in a unit with 9 labor rooms, 2 operating and recovery rooms, and 5 triage rooms.
- Handle approximately 2600 deliveries per year.
- Manage labor and delivery responsibilities while ensuring the highest quality of patient care and safety.
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to provide comprehensive care.
- Effectively communicate with patients and families throughout the childbirth process.
- Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops and reviewing professional publications.
