Join our client's team as a Care Delivery Supervisor in New York, NY, where you will oversee clinical services provided at participants' homes. This temporary role is essential in maintaining high standards of nursing care, supporting day-to-day operations, and ensuring compliance with care plans and regulatory requirements.
Compensation: $66/hour
Location: New York, NY
Schedule: 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday to Friday
Responsibilities as the Care Delivery Supervisor (RN):
Join our client's team as a Care Delivery Supervisor in New York, NY, where you will oversee clinical services provided at participants' homes. This temporary role is essential in maintaining high standards of nursing care, supporting day-to-day operations, and ensuring compliance with care plans and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities as the Care Delivery Supervisor (RN):
- Supervision: Delegate responsibilities and supervise personnel, ensuring quality care and compliance with care plans.
- Health Assessment: Evaluate the healthcare needs of participants, considering physical, mental, and environmental factors.
- Guidance: Supervise and guide Community Health Nurses (CHNs), Home Health Aides (HHAs), and other personnel in delivering home health care services.
- Documentation: Complete and maintain all required documentation, ensuring it aligns with federal and state regulations.
- Education: Provide education to participants and aides on medications, safety, and diet.
- Field Visits: Conduct field visits, provide supervision, and support to CHNs and HHAs as needed.
- Education: Degree from an NLN-accredited nursing school (RN, BSN required).
- Experience: 1+ years in home care as a community health nurse within a Certified Home Health Agency or similar setting (experience with frail or elderly populations preferred).
- Licensure: Current active and unrestricted RN license in New York State.
- Other Requirements: Reliable transportation, valid NYS driver s license preferred, medically cleared for communicable diseases, and up-to-date immunizations.
