Your hours will be from Monday - Friday from 10:00 am to 6:00 pm.

Responsibilities:

You will:

  • Review Return Sheets with all drivers upon their return, examining all product brought back thoroughly
  • Clarify any discrepancies on Return Sheets and invoices and with product returned
  • Check for signatures on all paperwork
  • Ask for reasoning behind refusals and communicate to Customer Service
  • Communicate to Transportation any non-completion of Return Sheets
  • Record all check collections received
  • Accurately adjust invoices in S2K
  • Maintain an organized workspace, creating designated areas for product until the put away process
  • Scan all invoices at end of shift (sent to Jersey City for billing)
  • Scan all Return Authorizations (RAs) at the end of shift (sent to Jersey City and internally)
  • Scan all unsigned invoices (internally)
  • Put away all returned product accurately using RF Scanner each day
  • Communicate to Inventory Leads any scanning or bin assignment issues

Qualifications:

You have:

  • Ability to communicate with team members and other departments
  • Outlook use and regular, concise and professional email communication
  • Intermediate knowledge of Excel
  • Highly organized
  • Excellent computer skills
