Job Description:
Role responsibilities:
Service Delivery - Asset Upcycling and Managed Deployment Services
- Act as the Single Point of Contact for factory asset status
- Monitor returned assets in the factory as they are received, processed, and moved to final disposition
- Responsible for Account level KPIs and SLAs
- Manage aged inventory tracking, weekly aged inventory
- Support redeploy/repair exchange order requests and manage customer inventory stored in our warehouse under the MDS program.
- Oversee MDS transactional and programmatic escalations
- Coordinate vendor onsite service events
Business Process Management and Reporting
- Lead key business report development initiatives, define and document Power BI requirements
- Responsible for testing, business deployment, and report maintenance
Education and Experience Required:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent technical degree
- Typically, 3+ years of experience in a business-related function, preferably a sales support or service delivery role
- Microsoft Power BI training and/or certification
Knowledge and Skills:
- Moderate knowledge of IT and the Asset Upcycling Services industry
- Strong Microsoft Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint)
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
- Attention to detail and ability to work independently
- Excellence in planning and structuring of projects and complex tasks
- Experience creating and delivering presentations in a professional environment

Actual offer may vary from this range based upon geographic location, work experience, education/training, and/or skill level. If this is a sales role, then the listed salary range reflects combined base salary and target-level sales compensation pay. USD Annual Salary: $60,800.00 - $140,400.00
