Forklift Operators - CURRENT TEMPORARY EMPLOYEES ONLY

This posting is for current temporary employees ONLY working at Lifetime Products as Forklift Operators.

Summary:

Forklift operators will load and unload trailers, support the production lines, receive inbound product, keep an accurate account of inventory, maintain equipment, and a safe, clean warehouse.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities could include the following (Other duties may be assigned ):

• Must be able to operate a forklift and/or standup lift
• Able to multitask and adapt to changes quickly
• Able to make informed decisions and work well with all personality types
• Perform general housekeeping functions
• Use proper radio etiquette

Qualifications:

• Must be a current temporary employee working at Lifetime Products through a staffing agency.
• Must have a clean driving record and provide proof of a valid Utah Driver's License, with a current copy of Motor Vehicle Record (MVR)
• Less than a high school education; or up to one month related experience or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manual in English. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.
• Ability to add and subtract two digit numbers and to multiply and divide with 10's and 100's.
• Basic computer skills
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds
• Ability to operate forklift machines, some forklift experience preferred
• There will be times that overtime hours will be required including Saturdays
