Job Description Summary(Provide safe and dependable transportation for school children on a daily basis. We provide CDL and permit training if needed. Duties include but are not limited to:Transporting children and other passengers to and from school Obey all traffic laws Maintain a clean and mechanically sound bus at all times Ensure the safety of all students Perform inspections of the bus before and after each route Attend safety meetings as required Have a clean driving record Must be 21 years or older ( Must be able to meet all federal, state or contractual requirements(Responsibility Profile:){inherit",serif"=""} ){inherit",serif"=""}){inherit",serif"=""}- - Transport clients to and from destinations. - Arrive at destinations on schedule. - Fulfill administrative needs, like office pickups. - Research and plan for traffic, construction, and weather delays. - Use navigation applications to determine the best route. - Always interact with clients professionally. - Ensure that the vehicle is always fueled and ready for use. - Arrange for vehicle repairs as needed. - Keep mileage records and repair records up to date. - Perform other duties as assigned.
