Pay Rate : $14.80 per hour

As a Forklift Operator, you’ll manage the movement of materials and products within our facility using powered tools and industrial vehicles. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a collaborative, fast-paced environment that values safety and precision.

Key Responsibilities:
Safely operate forklifts and other industrial equipment to transport raw materials, finished goods, and supplies to designated areas.
Load and unload trailers and route trucks, ensuring accurate placement.
Adhere strictly to all safety guidelines, policies, and procedures to maintain a secure environment.
Perform manual movement of products or materials as needed to support production demands.
Note : Health and safety are our priorities. Associates will undergo temperature checks before entering the facility and are required to wear face coverings at all times.
Safety Footwear and Uniform Requirements:
To maintain the highest safety standards, all associates must adhere to CCSWB’s protective footwear and uniform guidelines:
Safety Footwear : Puncture-resistant, ANSI Z41-compliant (or equivalent) footwear with Class 75 protective toe (steel or composite), slip-resistant soles (meeting a Mark II LS-oily/wet test at 0.35 or higher), and a minimum height of 6 inches.
Uniform : Red, black, or grey non-logo tee shirt with optional non-logo baseball cap. Proper safety footwear is required (steel toe, puncture-resistant sole, and above-the-ankle protection).
Ideal Candidate Qualifications:
High school diploma or GED (preferred).
0 - 3 years of work experience, with 1+ years of experience in warehouse or forklift operations (preferred).
Previous experience in a high-speed industrial setting is a plus.
Proven ability to operate manual or powered pallet jacks.
Strong attention to detail and a commitment to safety.
Forklift certification (preferred but not required).

Pay Details: $14.80 per hour
